Psychotherapy Therapy is a space where you can relieve stress and feel like yourself again. The space I create allows you to arrive wherever you are in life to receive the support you need. Life can be hard, full of challenges that are high and low. When things are thrown at us in life, we often feel isolated, hopeless or misunderstood. If you’ve lost your edge because of the weight of anxiety, depression, grief, challenges through postpartum, or relationship concerns, therapy is a powerful tool that can help.
